Grecia cere oficial Deutsche Telekom sa cumpere o participatie de 10% la OTE

Ministrul elen de Finante, Georges Papaconstantinou, a trimis joi o scrisoare catre Deutsche Telekom pentru lansarea procedurii de achizitie a unei participatii de 10% la OTE, aflata in proprietatea statului, in conformitate cu o optiune de cumparare detinuta de grupul german, relateaza Mediafax.

Trimiterea acestei scrisori survine deciziei de luni a guvernului de la Atena de a vinde imediat participatia detinuta de stat la OTE, se arata intr-un comunicat al ministerului. Deutsche Telecom are in proprietate 30% din actiunile OTE si dispune de o optiune de achizitie a alte 10% din...
